織りあがった生地は富士の雪解け水で洗いをかけ、
木々を抜ける風で乾かし、熟練の職人たちが丁寧に一枚一枚手仕上げする、
そのすべての工程をファクトリー内で行なっているからこそ、
圧倒的な手触りと光沢、軽やかさが生まれます。
また武藤ではストールの生地を始め、
極薄自然素材が織れる技術を生かした服地の開発も行なっています。
Experienced crafts man adjusts machines to weave slow and delicate,
our textiles express shimmer and texture.
Then we wash them with pure water from Mount Fuji,
dry them with the wind from the forest,
then we finish by hand one by one.
As we have all equipments in our factory,
we can create overwhelming textiles not only for stoles but for garments.

From test warp machine to finishing, we have equipments to achieve high quality weaving results, also we can offer small quantity production and speedy reaction for the retailer's requests.

弊社で取り扱っている糸はどれもが極細の天然繊維。
また、風合いを良くする為に切れやすい単糸の糸を使用しています。We use single yarns made with super fine natural fibers so to achieve overwhelming texture. They are so fragile to weave, so we put one process called "covering". Covering the yarns like silk cashmere and linen with special yarn material that will be washed away after to get certain strengthen for weaving.
整経とは、経糸を支度する工程です。
1つの企画に必要な本数、長さ（メーター）を設定し、It is to prepare warp yarns. For one weaving, we count the certain length and number and roll them up with equal tension. This requires high skill and delicate process.
昔ながらの力織機をメインとして使用しています。
理由は、肌に優しい風合いの生地作りをしているからです。We use classic power loom to achieve super soft texture. Compared with automatic high-speed machine, the power loom is very slow to wrap the air in between of warp and weft and create wonderful softness.
弊社で行われる整理加工は、水洗とプレス＆ドライの二つがあります。
・水洗 補強糸がついた生地をワッシャーという機械に水を溜め、生地を水洗します。Once textiles are woven, we wash, press and dry in our factory. Washing is to wash the textile to melt the covering yarn material in washer machine. Press & dry process makes textile dry and straight as well as giving the texture.
確かな品質のための最後の手作業。
整理加工後の生地を一枚一枚に決められたサイズにカットし、キズや汚れの修繕、たたみを行い、製品にします。また梱包して出荷までを行います。After all process, all textiles are cut, formed and checked one by one with skilled craft man's hands and eyes. This final process by hand gives the beautiful quality to the super light & delicate textile of Muto stole.
